Role Overview

We are seeking a personable and proactive Event Ambassador to represent our brand at events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating welcoming environments, and building genuine connections. As an Event Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in shaping their event experience. You will report directly to the CEO/Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Serve as a brand representative and positive face of the event
• Engage in conversations and network with attendees
• Provide basic event information and assist with guest inquiries
• Support event staff and organizers as needed during the event
• Help create an energetic, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Tech enthusiast preferred but not required (e.g., interest or experience in technology, startups, or digital products)
